Ginter Hall South provides a caring environment designed to facilitate daily life, physical health, and mental well-being for seniors challenged by independent living. We do this through a schedule of services and activities tailored to meet each senior’s individual needs and preferences. Family members gain a sense of comfort knowing that their loved ones live in a community with 24-hours a day, seven days a week, staffing exclusively devoted to the care of residents within our Ginter Hall South assisted living and memory care community.

When mom lived at home I always worried if she took her medications correctly or remembered to turn off the stove. I am so pleased we selected Ginter Hall South. The staff there is truly caring.

At Ginter Hall South each senior is treated as an individual and we manage our care programs to support their needs. We provide housing, linens, housekeeping, maintenance, meals and scheduled activity programs. Our seniors are generally independent, but for those that may need additional attention with daily living tasks we offer Level of Care services for Activities of Daily Living tasks such as medication management, dressing, bathing or other senior focused Activities of Daily Living items. We group our services into categories that allow our residents and their loved ones flexibility in choosing their most suitable option.

When we first meet a resident we begin with a conversation assessing their needs and discussing caregiving recommendations. Based on this evaluation, we can review with the resident and their loved one specific programs that will meet their care needs and budget.
